How can customers UK business listings?
Search by business name, location or category on Business Listings UK. Each published listing provides business details and a website link.
Is a basic listing free?
Yes. You can submit a free listing with essential business details and a website link marked as user-generated content (UGC). Free profiles appear after relevant Sponsored and Premium results.
What is included with a permanent Premium listing?
Premium includes priority placement above Free results, richer business information, a logo and gallery, a main website link and up to four keyword-rich service or product deep links on each selected directory. The listing remains permanent subject to our terms.
How many links are included in the five-directory Premium package?
With the complete five-directory Premium package, you can have five primary website links plus four service or product deep links on each directory: 20 deep links, or up to 25 links in total across the network. All links depend on the details you provide.
Is Sponsored Placement different from Premium?
Yes. Sponsored category positions appear above Premium and Free listings for 12 months and are clearly labelled Sponsored. Your underlying Premium listing is permanent and remains published after sponsored positioning expires.
How much does the five-directory Premium package cost?
The current five-directory Premium price is £14.99 as a one-off payment. Optional sponsored positioning across all five directories costs a further £29.99 for 12 months, totalling £44.98 initially.
Can I upgrade a Free listing later?
Yes. Use Manage My Listing to access your existing profile via an email-verified management link and select Upgrade to Premium. Your original profile remains available while payment is pending.
Do links guarantee higher Google rankings?
No. Directory listings can help people discover your business and create additional routes to your website, but search rankings, traffic and any SEO benefit are not guaranteed. Paid links should be treated as advertising under search-engine guidelines.
